Meet Molly Kendrick · LCDC, QCC
Experienced, clear-eyed, and on your side.
Molly brings years of substance-use and community mental-health experience to work that stays personal, collaborative, and human.

Molly understands both the clinical side and the real-life side: change can be complicated, systems can be hard to navigate, and people deserve support without being reduced to a diagnosis.
Her work has included individual and group counseling, harm reduction, crisis response, care coordination, screenings and referrals, dual-diagnosis treatment, clinical leadership, post-overdose follow-up, MOUD-related services, specialty court and IOP programming, and community resource navigation.
That range helps Molly meet people where they are while also recognizing when added support, medical collaboration, or a different level of care may be useful.
What matters in the room
Honesty without shame. Direction without a script.
Molly’s style is grounded in curiosity, practical tools, and respect for each person’s goals. The work can make room for uncertainty and ambivalence rather than demanding certainty before the conversation begins.
Community matters, too. Recovery and meaningful change are not individual endurance contests; connection, peer support, and local resources can be part of the work.
