Individual counseling

Maybe you know. Maybe you’re just wondering.

You don’t have to be in crisis, commit to abstinence, or arrive with a perfectly formed goal.

We can look honestly at what is working, what isn’t, and what change might look like in the context of your actual life. That could mean cutting back, taking a break, building recovery support, or simply getting clearer.

The approach

Less judgment.
More useful
conversation.

01

Start with your goals.

You set the direction. We can work with ambivalence, experimentation, moderation goals, recovery goals, and the questions in between.

02

Make it practical.

Understand patterns, build skills, notice what your body is telling you, and create supports that fit your life outside the counseling room.

03

Remember the whole person.

Substance use rarely exists in a vacuum. Stress, relationships, identity, mental health, resources, and community all matter.

Meet Molly

Experienced, clear-eyed, and on your side.

Molly Kendrick, LCDC, QCC, brings years of substance-use and community mental-health experience to work that stays personal, collaborative, and human.

Her background spans harm reduction, crisis response, co-occurring mental health and substance use, individual and group counseling, clinical leadership, care coordination, and helping people connect with the right community resources and level of care.

That range means she understands both the clinical side and the real-life side: change can be complicated, systems can be hard to navigate, and people deserve support without being reduced to a diagnosis or a single chapter of their lives.
